Describes the technology development of cold-resistant polimerbetone composites based on butadiene-nitrile rubber, ultra high molecular weight polyethylene finely dispersed and mechanochemically activated compatibilization. As compatibilization used natural zeolite Honoriscausa deposits of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and synthetic spinel magnesium. The use of mechanically activated compatibilization leads to improved physical-mechanical indicators polimerbetone composites. Shows the effect of mechanochemical activation compatibilization on tribological properties polimerbetone materials. Mechanochemical activation of dispersed compatibilization allows you to break the agglomerates with the increase of the specific geometrical surface of the particles and translate them into vysokopatogennogo state that contribute to the intensification of the interaction at the interface "rubber-resin" with obtaining developed an extended interfacial layer, leading to improvement of properties of elastomeric material in General. The results of bench tests of the tribological properties of polymerbitumen materials. Proposed a unique way of testing the tribological properties of elastomeric materials, as simulating real operating conditions. Developed polimerbetone composites are successfully implemented in leading industrial enterprises of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). At the Institute of oil and gas problems SB RAS created the limited liability company "Nordeast", which organizes production of seals of new formulations for specific applications of customers in the shortest possible time. For the underground mining of the subarrier stocks of the Udachnaya pipe, it is planned to apply a system of floor forced collapse under a mobile ore pre-pressure pillow. For the entire period of working out the deposit by an underground method, the safety cushion should be in the mobile state year-round, as well as maintain the filtration properties to prevent the accumulation of flood waters and rainfall and the formation of an industrial lake at the bottom of the quarry. At filtration of atmospheric precipitation through the frozen rock pillow, the freezing of pieces of rock can occur, which negatively affects its mobility. To study the conditions of ice accumulation in the upper layers of the rock pillow, a mathematical model of the infiltration of atmospheric precipitation into the rock pillow has been constructed, taking into account the intensity of precipitation, the hydrophysical properties of rocks, and the phase transitions of moisture. The mathematical model is numerically realized by finite difference methods. It is established that for well permeable rocks moisture is intensively filtered through the thawed layer of the cushion, and reaching the frozen zone freezes, which leads to intensive accumulation of ice. The zone of intensive ice accumulation gradually shifts downward as thawing of frozen rocks in the upper part of the pillow due to heat exchange with warm atmospheric air. For weakly permeable rocks, on the contrary, moisture accumulates in the liquid state, an increase in the ice content in the summer is not observed. The developed model will allow to establish the patterns of ice accumulation in the layer of the safety cushion taking into account the influence of various hydrothermal conditions during underground mining of the under-cavity ore reserves in the conditions of the cryolithozone.

The method of heap leaching has become very popular in a number of countries. So more than 40 % of world gold mining is accounted for by heap leaching technology. Practical activities of foreign companies using heap leaching technology confirm its effectiveness. Compared with the traditional, it is characterized by rather profitable capital and operating costs, lower energy and water consumption, higher labor productivity, lower prime cost of the extracted metal, which makes it possible to handle poor in metal content rocks with a concentration of 0.5 g / t. The main disadvantage of heap leaching technology is its seasonal cyclicity, the dependence of the intensity of the process on the temperature of the medium. The problem of introducing heap leaching technology in Russia is now particularly relevant. The article shows the main factors and methods for prolonging the season of stacking leaching in conditions of prevailing negative ambient temperatures. For the method of thermal insulation of the ore stack with a layer of ore mass, a mathematical model for calculating the temperature inside the ore stack is constructed, taking into account the infiltration of the solution and its temperature, the thickness of the necessary lining is determined to ensure the extension of the production season in the selected range of environment temperatures.

The article reflects the technical and thermophysical solutions to the issues of the construction of artificial ice-protective protective pillars at the bottom of the worked out kimberlite quarries of the cryolithozone to protect the mine from adverse effects during the underground processing of the underlying reserves by the layered laying system. The original, most economical, easy-to-implement cryolithic zone implementation, the patented method of erecting an artificial pillar, based on the use of local materials, natural resource of cryolithozone-cold is proposed. To compensate for heat inflow from the mine, to maintain the ice-crawl in the year-round negative temperature regime, it is proposed to use active thermal insulation in the form of two cooling circuits constructed at its lower and upper boundaries from metal pipes of large diameter, through which forced circulation of cold atmospheric air in winter and artificially cooled in summer. In addition, the top surface of the pillar provides for the erection of passive thermal insulation from local materials with low thermal resistance to prevent the decomposition of atmospheric heat. The description of the technological scheme including the construction of cooling circuits, ice formation, passive thermal insulation is given. The results of numerical experiments based on the developed program for PC for the climatic and mining conditions of one of the kimberlite quarries of the cryolithozone, which confirm the feasibility of the proposed method, including also the data on the dynamics of temperature fields during the erection of the cube, and the forecast of the temperature regime under various conditions of its layer-by-layer erection are presented. A resource-saving, two-stage mining of subarrier stocks by an underground method is proposed, including the primary processing of the diamond-containing tube under the protection of the abandoned ore cube (1st stage) and the simultaneous erection of an artificial quarry at the bottom of the spent quarry in winter, after the erection of which the previously abandoned natural crescent (2nd stage) including podkareernye stocks are processed by the layer system with the laying of the worked out space with hardening mixtures.

The use of self-propelled mining equipment with diesel drive on alluvial mines makes it possible to significantly increase labor productivity and thereby reduce the cost of mining the mineral, but at the same time the pollution of the mine air with exhaust gases increases sharply, and this requires the intensive ventilation of the mine. The exploitation of self-propelled mining equipment on placer mines in the summer will be accompanied by intensive thawing of frozen loose rocks because of the relatively large volumes of warm air supplied to the mine. The safety rules prohibit the development of permafrost deposits by lavas at a temperature of sand and roof rocks (at a depth of 0.5 m from the exposure plane) from -1оС and higher. For highly mechanized all-the-year-round alluvial mines, at the design stage it is necessary to make predictive calculations of the temperature regime, including in the stopes, taking into account the thermophysical parameters of the air jet, heat sources and technological parameters of mining, which will allow selecting parameters of the development system under which a safe and the effective conduct of clearing works. As shown by the results of mathematical modeling for the alluvial diamond deposit "Solur" conditions, it is possible to use high-performance self-propelled mining equipment in the summer period with the appropriate parameters of the ventilation jet and the organization of the technology of cleaning operations.

The problems of predicting heat and humidity conditions in various mine structures, as well as taking into account induced pollution of frozen soil and pollutant migration in permafrost strata need new mathematical models. It is required that these models take into account to a fuller extent features of physical freezing and thawing processes in pore water. It is also of the current concern to develop new software tools and methods for the numerical solution of model problems on heat-moisture-salt transfer in multi-dimensional domains with regard to phase ice-solution transition. This article proposes a method to solve the problems of heat and and mass transfer with phase transformation (freezing-thawing). The method involves splitting of the initial problem of heat and mass transfer with phase transformation with respect to physical processes. Such processes are assumed to be diffusion transfer of heat, moisture and soluble salt between points of meshing, as well as the processes of redistribution in the point neighborhoods which are assumed to be isolated systems...

For the extraction of mineral reserves of Udachnaya Pipe under the open pit bottom, the system of one-stage caving under a safety cushion is accepted. To ensure the mine safety, the cushion should preserve looseness within the whole mine life period. Developed for the analysis of ice accumulation, the general mathematical model of heat and mass transfer takes into account three interfering processes running in the safety rock cushion, namely, seepage of moisture from atmospheric precipitation, leak of moist air and heat transfer during phase transformations of moisture. It is analyzed how atmospheric precipitations and mine air affect the process of ice accumulation in the safety cushion. The mathematical model allows calculating ice formation in voids of the cushion owing water seepage and condensation of moist mine air. The model efficiency is discussed in terms of the calculations for a rock safety cushion 30 m thick. The calculations are performed for readily and weakly permeable rocks. For the readily permeable rocks, the maximum ice content is 0.1 at a depth of 1.5 m in the first summer and 0.15 at a depth of 2.2 m in the first winter. In the second summer, the maximum ice content is also observed at the depth of 2.2 m; moreover the ice content grows, which blocks pores. In case of the weakly permeable rocks, ice accumulates at a depth of 1.9 m. At the bottom of the cushion, rocks gradually thaw under leakage of air from the mine irrespectively of the season. In addition, ice accumulates in the cushion owing to condensation of moisture from the mine air. The ice content curve contains a characteristic “hump” which drifts toward the upper boundary of the cushion with time. The hump drifting is less intensive in the weakly permeable rocks. The developed mathematical models of heat and mass transfer and the programs for calculating temperature and moisture content of the safety cushion under moisture seepage can be used to predict rate of adfreesing in rocks and to control safe and uniform subsidence of the cushion. The calculation results will help develop guidelines on making safety cushions, maintaining their year-round flowability and permeability, as well as improving safety of underground extraction of diamond pipe reserves

The mechanisms of change in external and total specific surfaces under alternating thermal forces are determined for limestone and kimberlite from a few diamond deposits in Yakutia. The test specimens of rocks differed in grain sizes by an order of magnitude: -20+10 mm and -2+1 mm. The external specific surface of the specimens with the grain size of -20+10 mm was determined by the grain size analysis. After 10 cycles of freezing-thawing in aqueous medium, the external surface of carbonate-bearing rocks from Udachnaya and Aikhal Pipes increased by 3-12 times. The external surface of kimberlite from Internatsionalnaya and Mir Pipes enlarged by 8-14 times. The total specific surface of the specimens with the grain size of -2+1 mm was estimated using the BET method on Sorbtometr-M analyzer. The tests show that after 5-10 cycles of freezing-thawing in aqueous medium, the increase in the total specific surface makes 38% for kimberlite from Udachnaya Pipe, 2-12% for carbonate-bearing rocks from Udachnaya Pipe (dolomite, dolomitic limestone, limestone) and 5% for limestone from the Mokhsogollokh surface mine. The intensity of formation both of external and total specific surfaces depends on the saturation and freezing medium, porosity and mineral composition of rocks and on the scale factor. The research findings help understand the mechanism of initiation and growth of structural defects in rocks under alternating thermal forces, which finally result in total disintegration

The article demonstrates stimulation of alkaline activation of Kharanor lignite by electromagnetic radiation with a view to producing sorbents. The data on quality and adsorption capacity of sorbents produced from lignite with a size of 0-2 mm impregnated with potassium hydroxide and subjected to thermolysis in the mode of thermal shock are present. Three variants of thermal treatment of alkaline-coal mixture before thermolysis are analyzed in detail, and the design of a lab-scale microwave oven for thermal treatment of test materials is presented. It is found that radiation of electromagnetic microwaves with a frequency of 2450 MHz increases lignite adsorption capacity relative to iodine by 4-6%, considerably shortens the period of thermal pre-treatment of alkaline-coal mixture and reduces the time of thermolysis in production of sorbents
