Роль и важность прокурорского надзора в антикоррупционной сфере постоянно увеличивается, обновляется, усиливается, также растут и полномочия самих прокуроров. В свою очередь вопросы устранения либо нейтрализации оснований, которые формируют данные проблемы, обязаны разрешаться разностороннее, на регулярной основе в случае объединения мероприятий со стороны законодательных, правоприменительных, правоохранительных органов и с институтами современного гражданского общества. В данной статье рассмотрим особенности прокурорского надзора в антикоррупционной сфере.
