The problems arising in the process of washing and dressing of gold clayey sands in the application of existing technologies. A new machine of disintegration and classification original design IGDS SB RAS for effective flushing of minerals with high clay content, which implements the principle of sequential destruction clayey aggregates in air and water environments. The device produces simultaneous disintegration and classification of raw materials sustained release dump gravel classes and productive sands. In the washing process, clay ores and sands are partially enriched material by removing the drain slimy clay fractions, and the combination of washing with the classification of the material and the process of removing large gravel classes a positive effect on the degree of enrichment. Developed device has no moving parts, easy to manufacture and maintain, and is characterized by low power consumption. Tests were conducted on material high clayed sands from Nizhny Kuranakh deposit (Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), with the fine fraction of 45% at a given and natural moisture. During the tests assessed performance indicators screening and content slimy fractions productive sands. Experimental studies have shown a principal possibility of disintegration and effective classification high clayed material.
