В настоящее время случай ревматической хореи является редким. В последние десятилетия выраженность клинических проявлений острой ревматической лихорадки значительно уменьшилась, отмечается тенденция перехода заболевания в моно- и малосимптомные формы, учащение латентных форм заболевания. Приведен клинический случай ревматической хореи у ребенка в Якутии. Данный случай показывает, что поздняя диагностика стрептококковой инфекции и несвоевременное назначение антибактериальной терапии послужило толчком для развития ревматизма и привело к формированию его осложнений.
At the present time rheumatic chorea is a rare case. The last decades the intensity of clinical implications of terebrant rheumatic fever are notably decreased, the tendency of transformation of the illness into mono- and oligosymptomatic forms and frequency of latent forms of the disease are detached. The medical case of rheumatic chorea of a child in Yakutia is given. The case shows that the last diagnostics of streptococcal infection and tardy prescription of antimicrobial therapy caused to the development of the rheumatism and formation of it’s complications.
