The structure of congenital heart defects (CHD) and large vessels in newborns in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) was studied. The entire share of the group of septal defects in combination with FAP and KSLS amounted to 82.20% of all CHD (899). The proportion of VLD of large vessels was 8.90% (80) of all identified cases of CHD. Complex, combined CHD amounted to 4.67% (46) of the total number of identified CHD. Mortality was 1.22% (11 cases) of the total number of children with CHD (899) and was formed due to obstructive aortic lesions and complex defects. In the structure of UPU there is a certain predominance of boys: 476 / 52.94%. The absolute predominance of Yakut children with CHD was revealed: 72.08% (648) of all identified cases of CHD.

A comparative analysis of the frequency and structure of congenital heart defects (CHD) and large vessels in newborns in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) for 2002–2004 and 2011–2013 was performed. on the basis of the Perinatal Center GBU RS (Y) RB No. 1-SCM among live births. Congenital heart defects were recorded according to nomenclature headings Q20-Q28 ICD10. The frequency indicator was calculated for 1.000 live births.
