The relevance of this problem is due to increasing demands from the society to the individual instructor and his role in the educational process, as the teaching profession has a huge social importance. In our opinion, there is a contradiction between fulfilling all the requirements of the profession and at the same time realizing personal potential, and being satisfied with one’s work. The topic of the research was chosen taking this contradiction into account. This work deals with the problem of emotional burnout of instructors. It also examined the factors affecting the formation and development of the phenomenon. The study endeavors to explain the reasons for developing the syndrome, examines the dynamics of its development, depending on the length of practice. It identifies personal qualities of instructors as well as the organizational characteristics that influence the formation and development of the phenomenon. The results of the research confirm the hypothesis that the development of burnout syndrome is influenced by both personal and organizational factors, and these factors are mutually reinforcing. In our opinion, the problem studied is very significant as far as emotional burnout adversely affects not only instructors, their activities and well-being, but also those who are close to them. These are close relatives and friends, as well as students who just have to be near, and therefore become hostages of circumstance. Therefore, it is very important in our opinion, to continue the research, doing it with an emphasis on correcting the negative effects of this phenomenon

Basing on the medical education conditions - revealing of motivation levels and cognitive interest of students, we identified the main learning problems: low cognitive interest in studying Pathophysiology and a moderate level of student self-actualization. To solve this problem, we created unconventional forms of classes and lectures for students. Our experiment showed that the use of modern teaching technologies supports interests of students in Pathophysiology and increases motivation. Thus, the effective introduction of various developing classes to the traditional educational process, specifically aimed at development of personal motivational sphere of students: memory, attention, spatial imagination and some other important psychological features, is one of the most important tasks of modern pedagogical education
