Environmental pollution first of all affects on health of the children’s population and delays of intellectual and physical development and congenital uglinesses can become the reason of decrease in immunity, synchronization of various diseases. Among various factors of external environment influencing health of the population, a special role is played by pollution of atmospheric air and water sources of drinking water. The city of Yakutsk is the unsuccessful territory, first of all, on sanitary chemically indicator of quality drinking water from a distributive network. In the conditions of lack of water treatment constructions only water disinfecting is carried out by liquid chlorine that conducts to excess education in a chloroform water supply network as product of compound of residual chlorine with organic compounds. Analyzing structure of incidence of children of the city of Yakutsk it should be noted that diseases of a gastrointestinal tract take the 2nd place after diseases of respiratory organs, there is growth of diseases of bone and muscular and urinogenital system

The Sakha Republic (Yakutia) is one of high-risk regions in morbidity of B, C, and D viral hepatitis. The assessment of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma risk factors and ranking of them in Yakutia is a serious medical problem. Based on studying of long-term morbidity of chronic B, C, and D viral hepatitis and their outcomes, the role of HBV and HDV genotypes and the ethnic group had been determined. We destablished the fact of viruses replication in cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma in conditions of unfavorable social and climate factors, genetically determined acetaldehyde increased level due to alcoholdehydrogenase (ADH) and aldehyddehydrogenase (AlDH) among indigenous people of Yakutia, which requires targeted therapeutical measures. We identified the districts of Yakutia, most affected by hepatitis B, C and D viruses with progressive course of the disease to cirrhosis and cirrhosis of the liver, as well as the genotypes of hepatitis B and D viruses most likely leading to primary cancer of the liver. Another result is that combined mixt-replication of hepatitis viruses is a risk factor for the development of primary liver cancer

In recent years, the problem of adaptation of the organism to the severe natural and climatic conditions of the Far North has been intensively developed. The Sakha Republic (Yakutia) is the most northern republic within the Russian Federation. In this cold part of the Earth, each ethnic group has created their own unique way of life, language, original culture and have carried them through the centuries. This unique experience has been accumulated over many centuries, formed in a natural habitat, and passed down from generation to generation. The results of environmental-physiological and medical-demographic research have revealed the most important factors affecting the health indicators of people living in ecologically unfavorable regions of the North and make it possible to scientifically substantiate the health condition of the population for the timely development and formation of medical and social measures for its restoration

Human health depends on a number of the factors affecting the body: heredity, climatic, socio-economic, and inductrialfactors, and nutrition. Under the industrial exploration of a territory, the pathogenic effect of technogenic and anthropogenic pollution of the environmenton human increases. We conducted a survey of children and adolescents living in Aldan District the SR(Ya), which included an analysis of the information about the condition of children and adolescents,an identification of the elemental composition in biological substrates, and a questionnaire on nutrition. We diagnosed that the most common diseases in children and adolescents are those of the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal disorders and visual impairment. It was revealed that inadequate provision of macro- and micronutrients may lead to the development of various pathologies. The nutrition of the children and adolescents is moderately rational; in addition to natural products, they consume unhealthy foods. According to the results we gave practical recommendations

The of adaptation of international students for studying in Russian universities is one of the most relevant problems. In the Northern extreme climate, foreign students have to adapt not only to the educational, cultural and social, but also complicated natural conditions that require increased mobilization of resources for adaptation. This article is a fragment of a longitudinal study on the cardiovascular system (Harvard step test, cardiorhythmography) of first-year NEFU studentscoming from countries with a hot climate and in the process of adaptation to the extreme conditions of Yakutia. We studied the functional response of the body to the test graduated exercise, indicators of heart rate (HR), standard deviation (SDNN), Mode (Mo), Mode Amplitude (AM), the stress index of Baevsky (SIB), High Frequency (HF), and Low Frequency (LF). At the time of the study, all participants had no signs of disease and were found to be practically healthy. It was revealed that the cardiovascular parameters in rest between the representatives of the main and control groups showed no statistically significant differences, except for a higher heart rate in the group of foreign students. When assessing the state of physical performance by IGST, most representatives of the both groups were on average or below the average state of physical working capacity. When assessing the parameters of heart rate variability in the main group, the activity of stress-limiting systems predominates, in the control group optimal parameters of adaptation are noted. It is established that the adaptive capabilities of the organism, estimated by the power of slow and fast waves, are characterized by low and moderate levels of mobilizing and recovery potential

The article deals with the experience of pre-university career counseling of schoolchildren at the Medical Institute of North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU). The quality of training doctors and pharmacists in many respects depends on the selection and pre-university education for future students. Career guidance training is important for future doctors and pharmacists. The medical profession requires not only good basic training, but also certain personal traits. In 1993 there was created the Small Medical Academy (SMA) - career guidance, training courses for secondary school students of Yakutsk City; in 1998 the geography of SMA for schoolchildren expanded by opening SMA branches in rural areas. The main purpose of the SMA: to become a professional orientation-training center for students of the Sakha Republic (Yakutia), including those living in remote regions of the republic, to ensure the availability of additional education biomedical orientation and equal educational opportunities, seeking admission to medical schools. Among the main tasks set by the SMA, there are the following: to ensure continuity of education at pre-university and university stages of preparation of medical and pharmaceutical staff; to conduct better training of graduates of secondary schools for admission to higher education; raising the general cultural and professional competence of future students. All these activities are aimed at familiarizing students with the specifics of the medical profession, the nature of medical activities, the prospects of development of specialties. Thus, students are introduced to a variety of special medical and pharmaceutical profiles, learn about difficulties, different specializations, terms of training. As a result, SMA graduates make good applicants with the clear vision of their future specializationy

Modern higher medical education has the main goal of implementing the professional component of personal development. We are talking about the training of doctors that would be versatile and deeply educated, highly-humane, creatively-minded and quickly adaptable to new conditions experts. The principal difference of the new standards from the former one is to increase the share of practical training in the learning process of students. Unlike standards of the past, it will start during junior years and even get more intense during senior years of study. This will allow students immediately after graduation to be ready for independent professional activities in polyclinics as a district office physician, pediatrician or outpatient dentist. One of the directions in improving the medical education is the development of interdisciplinary relations - a new didactic concept of the holistic educational process of the university. The interdisciplinary integration is based on the idea of integrated modular training. One of the most common forms of interdisciplinary integration are the traditional integrated academic classes - lectures, seminars, practical sessions, and interdisciplinary teaching methods. In the modern interpretation, the interdisciplinary integration is the combination of knowledge and practical skills in all stages of specialist training. Interdisciplinary integration is a mutual influence, interpenetration and interrelation between the content of different disciplines with the aim of building an integrated, interrelated and coherent system of scientific competencies in students. The curriculum should use a modular system, with the aim of compiling a single block of disciplines, united by a common purpose and methods
