Currently, as part of the modernization of healthcare, a new industry model is being formed, based on the principles of obtaining the maximum medical, social and economic effect per unit of cost. The main direction in improving the organization of medical care remains the priority development of primary health care, the transfer of assistance from inpatient to outpatient level. Co-optation should be carried out in the light of the adoption of new federal laws in the field of healthcare, taking into account the transition period to new forms of financing.

Medico-sociological research of the population, received specialized rheumatologic medical care in hospitals of Yakutsk is conducted. Distinctions in respondents' answers about conditions of rheumatologic care by rendering type (out-patient and in-patient care) are revealed. Results of sociological study testify to incomplete satisfaction of the population with quality and availability of the specialized rheumatologic care because of organizational aspects in its rendering.

Health as a category is one of the main elements of the national wealth of each state and serves as one of the indicators of the effective operation of the state, social and economic structures, affects all aspects of the society and is simultaneously determined by them. The urgent task of the society and medicine is to study social problems of children and adolescents, the relationship between health indicators and the way of life of children and adolescents. The article presents the results of case follow-up according to the medical examination of 9th grade schoolchildren in Yakutsk. The children’s health condition was tested with the use of a the hardware and software complex and a comprehensive examination. Based on the results of the comprehensive survey, a group of children with risk factors for the development of non-communicable diseases was identified, they were given recommendations on maintaining a healthy lifestyle and were covered by recreational activities. The case follow-up of the children with risk factors showed a positive dynamics in their health condition

Llegitimate births in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) increased by 6.4% for the last decade. The increase of the fertility out of wedlock in a group of young mothers (under 20) is an important social problem. It was found that pregnancy was complicated for 72.3% mothers of unregistered marriage. Among the diseases of children born outside marriage, there were birth defects, intrauterine growth retardation, morphofunctional immaturity, prolonged jaundice. Perinatal CNS involvement is twice higher than that of children born in wedlock. Every fourth illegitimate child is born prematurely. However till now, despite scientifically-practical importance of a problem, obvious deficiency of works, devoted to this group of the raised medicine-social risk.

All families with children with celiac disease have social risk factors, including 68.9% of families having combined risk factors. Families of the majority of patients belong to the low-income group with an unstable financial situation - 64.2%. Families with celiac disease have significantly higher compliance (consent to follow a diet). Non-members of society have significantly higher material and psychological difficulties. The negative impact of social factors on the quality of life of children with celiac disease was revealed.

The article presents the analysis of newborns with tumoral and cystous neoplasms of various localization, observed in surgical department of the Pediatric center RHө1-NCM MH RS (Y) from 1999 for 2012. The majority of tumors diagnosed prenatally, are not malignant. Malignant neoplasms were revealed in 18% of the newborns.
