Recently, numerous studies have confirmed the existence of a certain relationship between Helicobacter pylori (HP) - associated gastroduodenal diseases and gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). HP is found in the gastric mucosa in patients with GERD in 52.4 %, which is significantly lower than in the general population: 73-91 % [2, 5]. In adults with chronic gastritis (CG), HP is detected in over 80 % cases, peptic ulcer of the stomach - 70-85 %, peptic ulcer of duodenum (PUD) - 90-95 % [1, 3, 4]. Attention was drawn to the fact that after successful eradication of HP infection, the number of patients with HP-associated PU decreased, and the number of patients with GERD, in contrast, significantly increased by about 2 times [7, 8]. The clinical picture of GERD is very diverse and variable: it can be typical and atypical, with characteristic clinical “masks” (coronary, pulmonary, otolaryngological mask, etc.) Chronic gastritis with dyspepsia syndrome caused by Helicobacter pylori infection should be regarded as a manifestation of functional dyspepsia. According to the Roman Criteria IV (2016), there are two criteria for the functional dyspepsia syndrome: postprandial distress syndrome and epigastric pain syndrome. Peptic ulcer is a systemic gastroenterological disease with a multifactorial pathogenesis, and HP infection is one of the important but locally predominant factors in its pathogenesis and the indicator of relapses of HP-associated forms

The purpose of the article is to describe the main stages of work on compiling the Yakut-Russian terminological dictionary on blacksmithing. The objectives are to identify the most productive term-forming methods in the Yakut language. The hypothesis is as follows: the dictionary is the first experience of systematization and inventory of the words-terms of the Yakut blacksmithing. The work used system-structural and system-functional methods of linguistic description. The results are as follows: more than 400 words-terms and terminological phrases were collected and subjected to terminology.

Acute respiratory infections (ARI) is a leader in the structure of general diseases of the population. Annually, Russia has about 70 thousand ARI cases per 100 thousand of the child population. The maximum frequency of acute respiratory infections is noted in age from 6 months to 6 years; in this group, the highest incidence of acute respiratory infections is observed in preschool age children. In the causes of acute respiratory disease, viral infections take a lead (90 %) and bacterial pathogens account fot only a minor part. Despite this, almost 25-85 % of pediatricians prescribe antibiotics for their patients with acute respiratory infections. Aim. Analysis of the spectrum of antibacterial drugs used for acute respiratory infections in preschool children in the outpatient tratment. Methods. The study was formed by a representative group in the amount of 1,248 outpatient preschool children. Results.In the period 2009-2010, the structure of ARI was dominated by the incidence of acute nasopharyngitis at over 60 %. The pharmacoepidemiological analysis showed frequent use of systemic antibiotics for children with acute nasopharyngitis on the outpatient basis. It was found that the antibiotic therapy was applied in 43 % (2009) and 37 % (2010) ARI cases. Aminopenicillins, combined penicillins, macrolides, cephalosporins of the 3d generation were used most often. Conclusion.Given the prevalence of acute nasopharyngitis cases among the nosological forms of ARI, it should be noted that most of them have an uncomplicated form, which sould serve as the basis for strict adherence to the approved standards of ARI treatment in outpatient care

This article considers the system of non-financial motivation of personnel of Joint-Stock Commercial Bank “Almazergienbank”, a large regional bank by asset size, registered in the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The key business lines are servicing corporate clients, municipal organizations and projects, attracting deposits and lending to individuals and legal entities. The relevance of this topic is due to the fact that in the conditions of fierce competition between organizations it is necessary to find ways to increase the productivity of employees. Improving the incentive system can be one of such ways. The purpose of the study is to determine the involvement of employees in the system of non-material motivation and to develop recommendations for improving the incentive system in the context of increasing the efficiency of work in the context of competition in the banking market. Intangible incentive, being a significant tool, allows to save resources and at the same time increase productivity and satisfaction of employees. The methodological basis of the research was a survey of bank employees, an analysis of the obtained data and the existing system of non- financial incentives. It was revealed that the most popular option for assessing the intangible incentive system among the respondents is the indicator “8”, which indicates incomplete satisfaction with the existing system. As a result of the study, recommendations were developed to improve the personnel incentive system in order to increase the efficiency of work in the competitive conditions of the banking market.

The article presents the results of the investigations aimed to relate variation in energy consumption of fined-grained concrete destruction, content of basalt fiber and cyclic freeze-thaw effect. The energy consumption of fine-grained concrete destruction was determined using the vertical impact testing machine by Syskov, the reinforcement of concrete was basalt fibers with a diameter of 23 μm and 6 mm long. Concrete samples saturated with sodium chlorite solution were subjected to cyclic freeze and thaw by the third rapid method (freezing temperature 50±5°С) as per state standards GOST 10060.0-95 and 10060.2-95. It is found that dispersed reinforcement of fine-grained concrete with basalt fibers increases energy consumption of concrete destruction up to 1.8-1.9 times. The fiber-reinforced concrete samples are capable to resist impact loading after effect of alternating temperature. After 5 freeze and thaw cycles, reduction in the energy consumption of nonreinforced concrete destruction reaches 58% of initial value...

The article presents some research findings on the effect of basalt fiber 6 mm in length with a diameter of 23 μm on strength of fine-grained concrete (cement-and-sand matrix) under bending, compression and alternating thermal forces. It is found that the maximum increase in the bending strength of concrete by 31-36% is reached at the fiber content of 4-6% of dry mixture weight (cement+sand). There is no considerable increment in the compressive strength; moreover, at the fiber content of 6%, the compressive strength decreases by 16% as compared with the initial (non-reinforced) specimens. Exposure to 5 accelerated freezing-thawing cycles (freezing temperature 50±5°С, State Standard GOST 10060.2-95) resulted in the reduction in the bending strength of non-reinforced specimens by 73% as against the untreated specimens whereas the strength of the specimens with the fiber content of 2 and 4% lowered by 40 and 35%, respectively. In the compression testing, 5 freezing-thawing cycles decreased the strength of the check non-reinforced specimens by 47% while the decrease in the strength of the reinforced specimens with the fiber content of 2% made 5% as against the check specimens, which corresponded to the freeze resistance grade F200 in compliance with GOST 10060.2-95. The obtained results prove that disperse reinforcement of fine-grained concrete with basalt fiber can increase freezing resistance of concrete and its resilience under bending and compression, which expands application field of concrete.
