The book is devoted to self-improvement as a natural need ofeach person, aimed at personal growth and achieving life goals. This is not a scientific book but a collection ofessays by different authors, revealing the themes ofthe book's sections. The collection includes laws ofman's inner harmony, methods, and techniques of self-development, secrets of independent recovery and happy life, opinions and advice ofancient thinkers andmodern psychologists, wise thoughts that help change livesforthe better. The book consists of ten sections. In the beginning, there is a small guide containing definitions ofthe main terms. В статье представлены результаты сравнительного анализа литературных данных по химическому и жирнокислотному составу коровьего молока и молока коров якутской породы. Установлено, что молоко якутских коров отличается более высоким содержанием сухих веществ, в том числе массовой доли жира до 6%. Анализ жирнокислотного состава показал, что молочный жир молока коровы якутской породы полноценно по составу, содержит в большом количестве жизненно необходимые линолевую, линоленовую и арахидоновую жирные кислоты. Также в статье приводятся данные по химическому составу хонгуринского цеолита, который содержит все эссенциальные микроэлементы. Кроме этого, авторами выявлено, что цеолит широко применяют в качестве нетрадиционной кормовой добавки к корму для скота и установлено его положительное действие на их биоэлементный баланс и переваримость корма. На основании изложенного авторами выдвинута гипотеза о возможности применения цеолита для топления масла при осаждении плазмы. Исследования динамики кислотного и перекисного числа свидетельствуют о способности цеолита адсорбировать продукты окисления и свободные жирные кислоты, содержащиеся в топленом масле. Представлены данные о динамике кислотного и перекисного числа топленого масла в течение 30 дней при 3+2 0С в полимерной непрозрачной негерметичной упаковке.
The article presents the results of a comparative analysis of literature data on the chemical and fatty acid composition of cow's milk and milk of Yakutian cattle. It was found that the milk of Yakutian cattle had a higher content of dry substances, including a mass fraction of fat up to 6%. According to analysis of the fatty acid composition milk fat of Yakutian cattle is fully composed, contains a large amount of vital linoleic, linolenic and arachidonic fatty acids. The article also provides data on the chemical composition of Honguri zeolite, which contains all essential trace elements. In addition, the authors revealed a wide use of zeolite as an unconventional feed additive to livestock feed and its positive effect on their bioelement balance and feed digestibility. On the above basis, the authors put forward a hypothesis about the possibility of using zeolite for heating oil during plasma deposition. Studies of the dynamics of acid and peroxide numbers indicate the ability of zeolite to adsorb oxidation products and free fatty acids contained in ghee. Data on the dynamics of the acid and peroxide number of ghee for 30 days at 3+2 0С in a polymer opaque leaky package are presented.
